My name is Aidan Pearce and prior to setting up Ellew Head hunters, I worked within the medical imaging industry in all kinds of different roles. I have supported PACS and RIS customers, I have been a PACS and RIS customer, I have procured new PACS systems for NHS trusts and I have worked in commercial teams responding to teleradiology and PACS tenders, I've even managed the move of an NHS Trust's entire suite of radiology IT solutions, to a brand new, purpose built hospital 25 miles down the road.

So in short, I know the industry, I know the IT solutions, the challenges, the people and I know what the different roles need. I love the way IT can genuinely aid positive patient outcomes, from Cardiology, to Radiology and Electrophysiology, medical imaging is hugely powerful and is an industry I am passionate about.
